A lovely little house of 1,800 square feet. Norman thought of this as a prototype for a luxury vacation house at modest scale. In the end I think it was one of Norman's favorites.

I've recently renovated this house, correcting some defects that have appeared over time and tailoring it to a more contemporary lifestyle.
